The sugar is mostly fermented away, creating depth, natural bubbles and complex flavours and <0.2g/100ml of sugar. We use Demarera Sugar, which is less refined than most, retaining trace minerals such as Iron, Chromium, Calcium and Potassium. Not enough to meet your RDA but the cultures love it!
Our drinks are naturally fermented and contain good bacteria that your gut will thank you for. They also produce their own CO2 negating the need to use artificially produced gas.
